• Follow the Journey: You can easily follow your package's journey all the way to your doorstep via the tracking link provided, or by entering your tracking number directly on the carrier's website (USPS/UPS).

Returns & Exchanges (Size or Change of Mind)We want you to love your new garments! To keep our prices affordable and remain eco-friendly, we do not accept physical returns for size exchanges or change-of-mind purchases. Instead, we offer a hassle-free solution:

• Store Credit: If an item doesn't fit or isn't what you expected, contact us at info@alvasthlm.com within 14 days of delivery.
• No Shipping Required: We will issue you a store credit (gift card) for the full value of the item so you can buy a replacement—no need to pack or ship anything back!
• Important Limit: To prevent abuse, this courtesy store credit is limited to a maximum of one (1) item per order.
• Note: For hygienic reasons, this policy does not apply to underwear, swimwear, or earrings.

Damaged or Defective Items (Claims)Should a garment arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will fix it immediately!

How to claim: Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@alvasthlm.com with your order number and a photo showing the issue.
