General These terms apply to purchases made on alvasthlm.com, operated by ALVA sthlm. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Payment An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation by email. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All prices are in USD.

Shipping We ship to the United States and selected countries. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after a processing time of 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.

Returns & Refunds If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@alvasthlm.com with a photo of the issue. We will resolve it free of charge.

For size exchanges or change-of-mind purchases, we offer store credit (gift card) for the full item value, valid for 12 months. Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer cash or card refunds for sizing issues or change of mind. Store credit is limited to one item per order.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse store credit if suspicious or systematic return patterns are detected.

Limitation of Liability ALVA sthlm is not liable for indirect damages or losses beyond what is required by applicable law.

Privacy We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

Governing Law These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved by mutual agreement. You may also contact relevant consumer protection authorities in your country.
